Recommended Use
Helps prevent iron deficiency anemia and supports the formation of red blood cells. Helps the body to metabolize nutrients and energy and supports the immune system. Take as part of a healthy diet, to maintain normal iron levels, and to prevent iron deficiency and associated tiredness and fatigue.
Recommended Dose
Adolescents and adults (14 years and over): Chew 1 tablet daily
Directions for Use
Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Medicinal Ingredients
Each tablet contains 45 mg elemental iron (polydextrose-iron complex), 75 mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C), and 1,000 mcg of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
Non-Medicinal Ingredients (alphabetical order)
Citric acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, FD&C Yellow #6 Aluminum Lake, magnesium stearate, mannitol, modified food starch, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, orange flavour, sucralose, trisodium citrate, vanilla flavour, xylitol.
Cautions and Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. There is enough drug in this package to seriously harm a child. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
Store at controlled room temperature (15°C – 30°C). Do not store in areas of high humidity.
